I have over 20 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Scrum Master, Systems Analyst, and Technical Consultant. ~ Was retained by San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station information services group to overhaul a site-wide software configuration management and control policy (full SDLC) that combined processes and procedures for five separate divisions. My deliverables included analysis of NRC regulations, gap analysis of prior site audits, and reconciliation of current processes with NEI best practice recommendations. Drafted/finalized full SDLC P&Ps and SLAs for information services group.
