Agile Transformation
Guide executives and dev teams on Agile best practices, framework, and tools. Collaborate with Product Owners and program stakeholders to mature teams and process. Certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI-ACP), and Scaled Agile (SSMC).
Project Management
Guide executive stakeholders to define portfolio assessment criteria, set priorities, mitigate/remove risks, and manage dependencies and issues. Hand-on experience configuring backlog and dashboards to track burn-down, burn-up, velocity, capacity, resource utilization, and % complete. Track financials budget and timeline.
Technical Consulting
CapEx planning, feasibility, and roadmapping for IT projects. Prepare business case, financials (cost/benefit, ROI, TCO, depreciation). Define weighted portfolio assessment criteria, determine value stream priorities, approach, risks and dependencies.
