~ Collaborated with Neudesic’s solutions development team during the initial data analysis phase of a policy/mortgage workflow solution being created for Assurant Property and Casualty.  Lead JAD sessions to determine current v. future state, reporting needs, and refine UI/UX journeys.  Created Agile deliverables (epics, user stories), EDI schema mapping, DBDict, and coordinated with other analysts and solution architects to organize artifacts needed by the development and QA teams.

~ As part of Life Technologies’ e-business PMO, I collected, assembled, refined and tracked business and functional requirements from stakeholders such as e-business, manufacturing, genetic analysis, product marketing, and off-shore QA vendors.  Projects ($500K+) introduced new consumables and enhanced genetic analysis (platform) services aimed toward both B2B, B2C channels.  Agile/Hybrid methodology (Agile PLM).

~ Collaborated with other implementation vendors to define requirements, and then architect/solution a custom B2B, B2C e-commerce site for Obagi Medical. This project also included interfaces into a new WMS and legacy financial systems. Created deliverables such as user journeys, CSR workflow, system requirements, UAT and regression test scripts. Supervised technical writing team of five to create system validation documentation for the custom e-commerce site.

~ Created UAT and validation test scripts for Alphatec  Spine’s supply chain ERP (Vantage/Agile) processes, systems, and applications to ensure they were compliant the company’s SOX and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.  Authored annotated methodology and decision matrix to evaluate and rank high, medium, and low-impact IT projects.  Collaborated with development team to document test scripts. Validate fixes by running SQL queries.  Created SOPs for work-a-rounds and end-user training.

Other projects included establishing SharePoint site(s) for marketing, M&A, and program management collaboration; assisting regulatory and compliance team by authoring new FDA product submissions. Coordinated publication group’s efforts with supply chain management team and Oracle platform team to support the enterprise implementation of Agile for documentation approvals, track and trace, and BOM configuration management.

~ Used Adobe Technical Suite to update and replace more than 2000 field service engineering troubleshooting, installation, and repair/replace procedures for Illumina’s Genome Analyzer sequencing and AutoLoader instruments.  The project’s goal was to cull, refine, and then single-source all product content.  The project reduced content from 2000+ disparate documents to two fully-vetted installation/ troubleshooting guides of approximately 150 pages.  Guides were delivered via SharePoint and SalesForce.
